At Zauja, we want you to absolutely love what you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 10-day return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange (unless defective or damaged).

Certain categories (e.g., innerwear, accessories) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
2. Return/Exchange Process

Initiate Request – Contact our support team at info@zauja.in within 10 days of receiving your order.

Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you to ship the item back to us.

Inspection – After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Resolution – Upon successful inspection, we will process your request as per your choice:

Exchange – Replace with a different size or product of equal value.

Return – Issue a store credit or refund as per our refund policy.

3. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days after the returned item passes quality checks.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Cancellation only available after 2 hours of placing orders succesfully.
4. Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Exchange Policy
