Return & Exchange Policy

At Zauja, we want you to absolutely love what you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 10-day return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange (unless defective or damaged).

  • Certain categories (e.g., innerwear, accessories) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.


2. Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Request – Contact our support team at info@zauja.in within 10 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval & Pickup – Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you to ship the item back to us.

  3. Inspection – After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

  4. Resolution – Upon successful inspection, we will process your request as per your choice:

    • Exchange – Replace with a different size or product of equal value.

    • Return – Issue a store credit or refund as per our refund policy.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days after the returned item passes quality checks.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation only available after 2 hours of placing orders succesfully.

4. Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size/product is not available, we will issue store credit or a refund instead.


6. Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior communication with our team will not be accepted.

  • Returns outside the 10-day window will not be eligible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the item does not meet our quality standards.
